1. Scope of Engagement
These Terms of Service govern your access to the Arcniche Consult digital platform and the provision of professional services, including corporate training workshops, organization development consulting, payroll management administration, executive leadership cohorts, and bespoke advisory retainers.
2. Service Proposals & Commercial Agreements
Formal advisory engagements and custom corporate cohorts are governed by mutual Statements of Work (SOW) or proposal agreements specifying milestone deliverables, scheduling timelines, participant capacities, and fee structures.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All proprietary training curriculum, presentation frameworks, toolkits, diagnostic templates, and digital assets developed by Arcniche Consult remain the exclusive intellectual property of Arcniche Consult. Client organizations receive a non-exclusive license to utilize these materials for internal workforce development.
4. Payments & Billing Terms
Invoices for custom corporate engagements are payable in accordance with the terms specified in the commercial invoice. Digital catalog purchases and booking deposits processed via the platform are handled via encrypted Paystack payment gateways.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms and all commercial agreements shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
