Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Policy Overview
Arcniche Consult is committed to delivering exceptional learning experiences and advisory value. Due to facilitator scheduling, venue arrangements, customized materials production, and cohort capacity allocations, our cancellation and refund policies are structured as outlined below.
2. Corporate Training Cohorts & Workshops
- Reschedule Requests: Client organizations may reschedule a confirmed training date up to 10 business days prior to the session start without penalty.
- Cancellations: Written cancellation notices received 14 or more days prior to the start date are eligible for a 75% refund or 100% credit toward future cohorts. Cancellations made within 7 business days are non-refundable due to committed facilitator and resource costs.
- Participant Substitutions: Corporate clients may substitute enrolled participants at any point prior to the commencement of the first session with zero administrative fee.
3. Advisory Retainers & Strategic Consulting
Advisory retainers, payroll onboarding setups, and bespoke organizational development projects are governed by the specific milestone refund and termination clauses stipulated in the executed Statement of Work (SOW).
4. Submitting a Request
All cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests must be submitted in writing by the designated corporate contact to billing@arcniche.digitpenhub.com.
